About skih2h
skih2h is a free, independent website for alpine ski racers, coaches, parents and fans. It answers questions the official result lists don’t answer directly: who finished ahead more often when two racers met, on which slopes racers of a given level tend to score their best FIS points, and how a racer’s career looks race by race.
Head-to-head
Pick any two alpine skiers by name or FIS code. skih2h finds every FIS race both of them started and counts how many times each one finished ahead of the other in the races both finished. Races where one of them did not finish, did not start or was disqualified are listed separately as “not classified”, so they never count as a win or a loss.
Below the score you see every shared race side by side: the date, venue, category and discipline, each racer’s place and FIS points, and the gap between them in seconds. Filters narrow the list to one discipline, competition level or season. A “by discipline” breakdown shows who leads in slalom, giant slalom, super-G and downhill, and a chart shows both racers’ finishing places through time.
Where to score (venues)
FIS points are calculated race by race, so where you race matters. The venues section looks at every FIS race below Continental Cup level and, for racers who started with FIS points similar to yours, shows on which slopes they most often scored better than their own points. You choose the discipline, gender, continent, country and your points range, and the slopes are ranked by how often racers like you improved.
The “2027 chance to improve” view goes one step further. The 2026/27 base list is built from each racer’s best results (the average of the best three results in slalom and giant slalom, and the best two in super-G and downhill, with the category adder and minimum penalties from the FIS rules). skih2h checks, for each slope, how many of those counted results were skied there, and ranks slopes by that share. Slopes with only a few races are pulled towards the overall average so that a single lucky race does not put a small hill at the top.
Athlete profile
Search any alpine skier to see their career in numbers: starts, finishes, wins, podiums and top-10 places, current FIS points and ranks in each discipline, average and best points per event, the venues they race at most and score best at, and the rivals they have met most often.
Where the data comes from
All results and FIS points are read from the public FIS website (fis-ski.com) when you open a page. skih2h does not change them. Statistics, rankings and the 2026/27 estimates are calculated by skih2h and are not official: the official FIS results and points lists always take precedence. skih2h is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS).
